國立中興大學位於台中市南部，佔地面積約 53 公頃。校園內有文學院、農業自然資源學院、理學院、工學院、生命科學學院、獸醫學院、管理學院、法政學院、創新與產業聯絡學院等學院。地圖上有建築物、道路、餐廳、銀行、飲料店、ATM 提款機、實習商店、汽車及機車停車場。

　　電機大樓擁有三千餘坪之大樓空間，足夠容納至少600名大學生及400名研究生使用，各種教學實驗室及研究實驗室設備齊全，挑高的一樓大廳也經常用於系上各項活動舉辦，同時也適合搭配一、二樓之具備e化講桌等教學投影設備的一般教室作為學術研討活動之場地使用。
